Criteria First is extremely knowledgeable on the DocuShare and ABBYY product lines. Their professional services fees are significantly cheaper than Xerox and they are very responsive to customizations and configuration changes. It is easier to work with Criteria First than Xerox Tech Support for issues and troubleshooting. All I have to do is send an email and within minutes or hours Criteria First has responded to my issues or customization request. Finally I need to contact one company for all my DocuShare and ABBYY needs and support. They make us feel like a valued customer and part of a team."
